Q. Do you require a deposit?

A. Yes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit via credit card.  The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the rental which is due upon delivery.  Cancellations must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original event date.

We will do our best to work with you on rescheduling.  Please keep in mind that others are also scheduling their events weeks and months in advance.

Q. What are acceptable forms of payment?

A. We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment.

Q. How far in advance can I reserve my party rental?

A. Rentals can be reserved at your earliest convenience as long as units are available.

Q. Can I pick up my party rental or inflatable myself?

A. We only allow pick up of vending equipment.  Inflatables must be delivered, setup, and picked up by our professionally trained staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of you and your guests.

Q. Is there anything I need to do before my event?

A. Please complete yard work at least 3-4 days ahead of your event to reduce grass clippings and leaves from collecting in the unit.  The lawn area should also be flat and clear of hazards, limbs, leaves, grass clippings, and animal droppings.

Q. Can I use a bounce house  or inflatable at a public venue?

A. This would depend on the rules of the property owner.

Q. What if it is windy or rainy?

A. If winds exceed 15 mph or gusts to 20 mph, you must remove all occupants and turn off the blower and allow the unit to deflate.  Leave the unit down until the weather event has passed and winds are less than 15 mph before re-inflating and using.  We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather.

Q. What are the hook-up requirements?

A. All units except the Super Slides require at least 1-120V receptacle on a 15-20 amp circuit breaker within 100 feet of the unit.  Super Slides require 2-120V receptacles on SEPARATE 15-20 amp circuit breakers within 100 feet of the unit.  We provide the extension cords and cannot run more than 100 feet from any receptacle.

For wet units, you will need to provide an adequate length of water hose from your source to supply the unit, and it must be accessible at the time of setup.  (We only provide water hoses for public venue events.)

Q. What are the rules when using a bounce house or inflatable?

A. There must be an adult attendant responsible for and with the unit at all times while the unit is occupied. Children MUST NOT be allowed to play on any inflatable unit unattended.

NO FLIPS, or large children/adults and small children allowed to play inside the unit together.

NO SHOES, gum, candy, drinks, sno-cones, and absolutely NO SILLY STRING are allowed on or near the units.

NO PETS - Although YouTube videos are cute, please secure animals away from the units at all time inflated or not.  Animals are known to severely damage units with teeth, claws, and yes...even hooves.

We will go over the rest of the rules at delivery and provide you with a written copy.

Q. What areas do you service?

A. We service Orange, Jefferson, Hardin, Jasper, and Newton counties.

Q. Is there a delivery fee?

A. We deliver free to Orange County.  A delivery fee will be applied, based on mileage, to all areas outside of Orange County.
